Anyway, on days when your nose won't stop running, it's soup, 😢 #tomatocabbagesoup with store-bought chicken breast Heat olive oil in a pot, add 1 chopped tomato and 1/4 chopped cabbage, and sauté. Once wilted, add 200ml water, 1/4 [portion] chicken stock, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper, and simmer a bit longer. (This soup doesn't have much broth.) I added store-bought chicken breast, but that's optional. Plate it and grate in some parmesan cheese.
