In English it's translated as 'dessert.' It's perfect if you're hoping for a light breakfast. I aimed for shrimp dim sum, but since I was short on shrimp, I added mushroom too — #shrimpmushroomdimsum Combine shrimp + button mushroom + onion for about 450g total; sauté the onion and mushroom in olive oil in a heated pan to prep them. (measurements below in teaspoons) Mix 2 minced garlic, 2 minced ginger, 1/4 corn starch, 1/4 salt, 2 pepper, and 2 soy sauce to make the filling. Cut round rice paper sheets into four pieces, layer them, add the filling, and gather the edges to shape into dim sum. Steam lightly for 1-2 minutes, then plate. (measurements below in tablespoons) Make a dressing with 3 soy sauce, 2 vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and a little sesame, and drizzle over the dim sum.
