Pea and Green Bean Salad

Though shouldn't stem beans really be called "bean stems"? 1. Boil the peas and green beans in a little water. 2. In a heated pan, add olive oil and sliced garlic and sauté briefly. Toss in the peas and green beans to blanch them together. 3. Arrange the blanched ingredients on a plate and top with sliced soft-boiled egg. 4. Vinaigrette dressing, pepper pepper, parmesan cheese~ This is my #myfrenchstylesalad recipe.
