Basil Pesto Penne Salad Boil the penne in salted water, drain, and toss with a little olive oil so it doesn't stick together. Cut the zucchini into half-moons and the cherry tomatoes into quarters, then sear both in a hot pan with olive oil, plenty of salt, and pepper.
