Melon, with cheese on it - here's why
Eating fruit for breakfast is great for easily getting your vitamins, fiber, and hydration, and above all it's light - but with almost no protein, you get hungry again fast and your blood sugar swings. So pairing it with something that has protein and fat - yogurt, egg, nuts, cheese - makes you feel full longer and sits much easier on your body. Today, parmesan on melon fills in that gap with a sweet-salty combo, covering both taste and looks.
