Ingredients

• 1 crepe
• 1 tomato
• soy-based sliced ham
• 1 egg
• spinach
• parmesan cheese
• olive oil 👉Like this 1. Heat a pan with olive oil and lay the crepe flat in it. 2. Crack one egg in the center of the crepe
• lay sliced ham around the edge
• then fold it over gently. 3. Plate it
• top with spinach and tomato
