Potato Croquettes

20231202, #breakfastdiary 910, 3°C/mostly cloudy I chopped up the leftover #walnutandcrowndaisyanchovypotatosalad from yesterday, coated it in egg and breadcrumbs, and baked it in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes on each side. Mayo and ketchup are nice, but for fried food, sriracha still wins. #potatocroquettes
