Unlike most of the waxy potato varieties common in Korea, russets are a classic starchy potato, and thanks to their fluffy texture they taste even better roasted or fried. They say a moon carrying the sun is called a "sun-moon," so what do I call this 350kcal #wholeroastedpotato carrying mushrooms?

Ingredients

1 potato, 3 king trumpet... no wait, gosong mushrooms, 1T shredded cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, mixed herbs
👉Here's how
1. Wash the potato skin-on, coat with olive oil, sprinkle a little salt, and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
2. Meanwhile, melt 1T butter in a heated pan, add salt, pepper, and mixed herbs, and pan-fry the gosong mushrooms.
3. Take the potato out of the oven, cut a cross into the top (don't cut all the way through — 🙅), top with the fried mushrooms and shredded cheese, and torch it. Add a little parsley on top.
