Leek Soup, Life Soup, Leek

Ingredients

• 1 leek (white part only)
• 2T flour
• 20g butter
• 100ml milk
• 300ml water
• 1t salt 👉Like this 1. Wash and trim the leek
• cut into 4cm pieces
• and microwave for 3 minutes. 2. Melt the butter in a pan
• add the flour and stir constantly
• then pour in the water
• add salt
• and simmer until it thickens. 3. Add the leek and simmer for about 5 minutes. 4. Add the milk and simmer a bit more. Adjust the consistency with the milk. Pepper pepper pepper
• Since I love pepper
