Strawberry, Blueberry & Burrata Salad

Routine 1) The location shifted from the gym to home, but I've kept up a workout routine two or three times a week for years now: about 15 minutes of full-body stretching and foam rolling, followed by 3 sets of 30 squats, 30 push-ups, and 30 V-ups over roughly 15 minutes, then a closing stretch.
