Caesar Salad with Croutons

20230315 #breakfastdiary 706, 8°C/occasionally cloudy, 21min/workout A couple of days ago I made #croutons out of leftover bread crusts. And croutons, of course, call for #caesarsalad. Wash the kaipira greens well. Add sun-dried tomatoes, the #darkroasted croutons I made a couple of days ago, pecorino in place of parmesan, and a vinaigrette dressing. Store-bought sun-dried tomatoes tend to be quite salty, so it's best to use them sparingly.
