Rocket Allergies, Chicory, and Avocado

Symptoms can range from just feeling off, itchy, or breaking out, all the way to serious breathing difficulty in severe cases. (Source: Namu Wiki) Causes are wildly varied — from fruits like the peaches that famously starred in the Oscar-winning Parasite, to nuts like walnuts, vegetables like taro, and even dust, metal, and water. Meanwhile, allergies you never had can also show up as you age — and I've developed one to #rocket. I used to enjoy it often, but one day my mouth suddenly swelled up, and it took a full day for the swelling to go down. So for today's breakfast, instead of rocket, I used bitter #chicory, which tastes closest to rocket (or so I'm telling myself — really, it's just what was left in the fridge), dressed with olive oil, whole-grain mustard, and white wine vinegar, topped with #avocado.
