Buckwheat Noodle Salad

20231107, #breakfastdiary 885, 3°C/partly cloudy (A bit out of nowhere, but) there's a passage in Dvořák's Cello Concerto (Op. 104) that reminds me of a Korean folk song, "The Boatman's Song." In a hot pan with olive oil, cook shrimp — patted dry — with salt, herbs, and pepper. Boil water and cook the buckwheat noodles, adding cold water about three times, then rinse well in cold water. Arrange the buckwheat noodles neatly in a bowl and top with the shrimp, vinaigrette dressing, chopped perilla leaves, and walnuts. #buckwheatnoodlesalad Adapted from my #myfrenchstylesalad recipe.
