20250227 #breakfastdiary 1327, -3°C/partly cloudy Feeling pretty rough with a runny nose, so I made the #bomalkalguksu (baby top shell noodle soup) I picked up at Muji a while back.

Ingredients

Bomal kalguksu (meal kit) 👉 like this 1. Pour 750ml water into a pot
bring to a boil
add the noodles and soup base
and cook for 7-8 minutes. 2. Add the maesaengi (seaweed) block and it's done in 1 more minute. 3. Plate and top with chives
red chili pepper
etc. A little too salty for my taste — next time I'd use 800ml water. #breakfast #recipe #miraclemorning
