Its run ended back in September 2021, but for absurdist, slice-of-life comedy I still think it's the best out there (though honestly, it's probably more accurate to say I just haven't read a webtoon in a while). Let's give #bokchoysalad a try. 1. Cut the bok choy in half and blanch it in boiling water. 2. Mince plenty of garlic. 3. Mix in 2 oyster sauce, 2 soy sauce, 1 honey, 1 wine vinegar, a bit of pepper, and enough water to make it eat like a salad.
