A Monday morning even more hectic than usual,
6:50 - Pour 1.5cm of water into a pan, fire on, wake up the sleeping broccoli, rinse it, and cut it (lengthwise)
6:52 - Once the water boils, drop in the broccoli
6:55 - Take the broccoli out, discard the water, add olive oil to the heated pan, and sauté the broccoli
6:58 - Mix whole grain mustard, wine vinegar, olive oil, and grated onion
6:58 - Arrange broccoli on a plate, dressing, pepper pepper, parmesan cheese peeled over, and with tiger-strength, crush walnuts and scatter them
7:05 - Yum yum (drunk down in a rush for work)
Ingredients
- 1/2 head broccoli
- Parmesan cheese
- 1T walnuts
- Dressing (2T olive oil, 1T white wine vinegar, 1t whole grain mustard)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
1. Add salt to boiling water, add the broccoli cut into long pieces, and boil for 1-2 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the broccoli.
3. Plate the broccoli, drizzle with the dressing, shave parmesan cheese over it with a grater, and top with pepper and crushed walnuts.
