Namemiso (なめみそ) is a seasoned miso made by mixing in various ingredients so it can be eaten as a side dish on its own. Among its varieties, kinzanji miso (きんざんじみそ) — which looks like barley but is actually made with wheat — has a fun, chunky texture you can bite into, and it's savory and salty, making it perfect for dipping cucumber or celery (great as a drinking snack too).
Thinking of kinzanji miso, I mixed natto + barley rice + tsuyu + wasabi. It came out tasting quite a bit like kinzanji-miso-flavored natto, the way imitation crab tastes like crab.

This has fiber, protein, and a moderate amount of carbs — a complete food, you could say?
Mix 1 pack of natto with an equal amount of barley rice, 1 [part] tsuyu, and 1/4 [part] wasabi until well combined.
Slice half a cucumber and arrange neatly on a plate, then top with the kinzanji-miso-flavored natto. Eat the cucumber topped with the natto.
