Pea and Green Bean Salad

Though shouldn't 'string bean' really be called 'bean string' instead? 1. Boil the peas and green beans with minimal water. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic. Add the peas and green beans and cook them together briefly. 3. Plate the cooked vegetables and top with sliced soft-boiled egg. 4. Finish with vinaigrette, pepper, and parmesan.
