Beat two eggs, season with salt, pepper, and oyster sauce, and scramble in a pan. Add tomato and stir-fry a bit more. #tomatoscrambledeggs
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oyster sauce
Steps
1. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and 1t oyster sauce, and scramble in a pan with olive oil.
2. While the eggs from step 1 are still moist, add the tomato cut into wedges, stir-fry briefly, and plate.
