Spinach and Egg Yolk Rice

But sometimes you push ahead without a #planb — like when you carefully crack an egg and try to set the yolk on top of the spinach, only for it to burst and run everywhere with no time left to fix it. The final call is always the event organizer's to make. Season the rice with a little dried seaweed flakes, 1t seasoned soy sauce, and 1t olive oil. Wash the spinach, pat it dry with a paper towel, then toss it lightly with 1t fresh wasabi and 1T each of olive oil, oligosaccharide syrup, and apple cider vinegar.
