Phyllo Pastry

Ingredients

• (makes 1 serving) 2 sheets phyllo pastry
• basil pesto
• feta cheese
• mozzarella cheese
• parsley
• olive oil
• pepper 👉Like this 1. Brush olive oil on one sheet of phyllo. 2. Lay another sheet on top
• add basil pesto
• feta cheese
• and mozzarella cheese
• gather the phyllo into a round bundle
• and place one egg on top. 3. Bake in a 180°C oven for 15 minutes
