Kkotsangchu Endive Salad, Endive

Ingredients

• 3 endives
• sliced ham (made from soy)
• plenty of garlic
• pepper
• olive oil
• (dressing) 3T olive oil
• 1T white wine vinegar
• 1t whole grain mustard 👉Like this 1. Wash the endive thoroughly
• cut in half
• heat a pan with olive oil
• and grill. Grill the garlic alongside it too. (The garlic cloves were small so I grilled them whole — I'd recommend slicing them first.) Set aside
• 2. Grill the sliced ham using the residual heat. 3. Plate the endive
• top with the sliced ham and garlic
• and add the dressing
