Ingredients

• 2 small carrots
• 2 eggs
• 2T shredded cheese
• 1T olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• parsley
• (optional) Grana Padano cheese
• basil pesto 👉 like this 1. Peel the carrots with a peeler and arrange them in a circle on an oven pan
• leaving the center open. 2. Drizzle olive oil over the carrots
• add shredded cheese
• salt
• and pepper
• then crack 1 egg into the center. Sprinkle a bit of parsley too~ 3. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes
• plate
