Figs and mozzarella with olive oil and pepper #figsalad
This is probably the last fig salad of the year. What a fortunate thing it is, to know the last one while it's happening.
Ingredients

Steps

Trim the stems off the figs, cut into wedges for texture, and arrange on a plate.

Add the mozzarella bocconcini, then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
