Ingredients

• 1 bowl rice
• 1 egg
• 2T basil pesto
• Grana Padano cheese 👉 like this 1. Heat oil in a pan and make a sunny-side-up fried egg. 2. Heat a pan with olive oil
• add half a bowl of rice
• and stir-fry. 3. Since heat kills the basil aroma
• turn off the heat
• add 2T basil pesto
• and mix evenly. 4. Pack the rice into a bowl
• cover with a plate
• then flip it out onto the plate. 5. Top the rice with the fried egg

• 1 haloumi cheese
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• (sauce) 2 cloves garlic
• 1 shallot
• 30g parsley chopped
• 1 red chili pepper sliced
• 3T olive oil
• 1T lemon juice
• 1t salt
• 1t pepper 👉 like this 1. Wash the potatoes under running water
• brush with olive oil
• season with salt and pepper
• put them in a camping baking bag
• and microwave for 5 minutes. 2. Chop 2 cloves garlic
• 1 shallot
• 30g parsley
• and slice 1 red chili pepper
• then mix with 3T olive oil
• 1T lemon juice
• 1t salt
• and 1t pepper to make the dressing. 3. Heat a pan with olive oil
• cut the haloumi cheese into squares
• and sear evenly on all sides. 4. Plate the potatoes
• score once lengthwise and once crosswise
• pry open
• top with the prepared sauce
