Ingredients

• 1 ciabatta
• 1/2 zucchini
• 1/2 lemon (for zest and juice)
• 1t garlic
• salt
• pepper
• vegan sliced ham (Earth Diet brand)
• a little basil pesto
• 1 burrata cheese 👉 steps 1. Cut the ciabatta in half and toast in the air fryer for 5 minutes. 2. Heat a pan with olive oil
• julienne 1/2 zucchini and sauté with 1t garlic
• a little salt and pepper
• and grated lemon zest. Set aside on a plate and squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon. 3. Spread olive oil and basil pesto on the ciabatta
• top with burrata cheese
• salt
• pepper
• the zucchini and ham from step 2
• and basil
