Gnocchi

20250120 #breakfastdiary 1288, 0/cloudy I think the true completion of breakfast is doing the dishes, but I rushed out without finishing today. As long as nothing comes up, I make a different breakfast every day from the one before, and there are a couple of things I miss about that — one is taking breakfast photos in natural light, and the other is doing the dishes leisurely in warm water. Crispy #gnocchi topped with basil pesto and grana padano cheese

2 cups frozen gnocchi, 2T basil pesto, grana padano cheese, olive oil, pepper

1. Pan-fry the frozen gnocchi in olive oil until the outside is crispy. Grating cheese on top while frying can make it even crispier. 2. Plate the gnocchi, top with basil pesto and grated grana padano cheese, and finish with pepper. #breakfast #recipe #miraclemorning #gnocchi
