Nungaeseungma with Poached Egg

20210502, #breakfastdiary 78, 11°C/occasionally cloudy Lightly sauté nungaeseungma (goat's beard), a spring green, in an olive-oil pan. Gently place the prettiest poached egg in the world on top. Serve with a dressing of whole-grain mustard, olive oil, and wine vinegar. I'm fully satisfied working out on my own, but I thought having someone coach me along would be even better, so I decided to try Apple Fitness. I've only tried a couple of the cool-down programs so far — the music and coaching were nice touches, but the real problem is my own body.
