Along with cooking and eating breakfast, I've also been exercising every day (for at least 10 minutes). Of course, I never carelessly give it my all. I felt the same way back when I did CrossFit, a good while ago. 'If I carelessly go all out, I'm going to die.'
Ah, though there are the one or two times a week when I do go all out exercising. Let's just call that the minimum necessary measure for stamina.
