Chestnut Soup, Woni's Table, Chestnut

Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 3 cups peeled chestnuts
• butter
• 1/2T salt (to taste)
• 1 cup milk (add gradually to adjust consistency) 👉Like this 1. Melt butter in a pot
• cut up the onion and sauté. 2. Cut the peeled chestnuts into chunks and add
• sautéing together. If it gets dry from the starch
• add water little by little while sautéing. Once the chestnuts seem cooked
• add enough water to cover them
• close the lid
• and simmer for 3-4 minutes. 3. Set aside a bit of chestnut for garnish
• then pour in the milk and blend with a hand blender. (It splatters a lot. Felt like I was wrestling the chestnuts.) 4. Season with salt
• mix evenly
• and plate. Mince the reserved chestnut and top it on
• add pepper pepper
• and parsley too. Inspired by #wonisTable #breakfast #recipe #miraclemorning #chestnut
