But one taste made it clear: there's a reason this needs the time and the full list of ingredients.

Ingredients
- 5 dumplings
- a handful of bok choy
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1T chili paste
- 2T tomato sauce
- 3T gochujang
- 2T soy sauce
- 1T miso
- 1T vinegar
- 400ml coconut milk
Steps
1. In an oven-safe dish, combine 1T chili paste, 2T tomato sauce, 3T gochujang, 2T soy sauce, 1T miso, 1T vinegar, and 400ml coconut milk, then add a handful of bok choy and 3 cloves of minced garlic, and mix well.
2. Add the dumplings to the mixture from step 1 and heat in a 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
3. Top with chopped scallion, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and fried shallots.
