Double Rainbow Potato & Brie

20210720 #breakfastdiary 155, 25°C/partly cloudy, 26 min/exercise I mash seasonal boiled potatoes and sprinkle on a bit of salt, milk, and pepper. Plating it felt a little bare, so I add olive oil, brie, parsley, and more pepper. I still have some basil I harvested at the office. Yesterday I saw a #doublerainbow. Feels like good things are on the way.
