Short on milk, I made the cream sauce with soy milk instead, and it turned out to have its own distinct flavor. 1. Cut the cabbage into wedges and sear the cut sides in a hot pan with olive oil. 2. Pour in white wine, cover, and let it simmer down over low heat. 3.
