On a journey to find substitute greens since I'm allergic to arugula. Today it's yeolmu leaves. #omelet with #yeolmuleaves on the side Heat a pan with olive oil, chop one tomato and blanch it. Beat 2 eggs and pour in, add spinach. Add feta cheese and fold roughly in half. Rough is the key. Rough, irregular omelet is today's concept. Plate it, top with yeolmu leaves, and grate grana padano cheese over it.
