Ulmyeon, You Mustn't Cry

Ingredients

• Assorted vegetables
• assorted seafood
• 2 eggs
• sesame oil
• starch (for the broth seasoning) 2 cloves minced garlic
• seafood powder
• white pepper
• salt 👉Like this 1. Trim whatever vegetables you have at home — onion
• carrot
• zucchini
• bok choy
• etc. 2. Prepare seafood like squid
• conch
• shrimp and blanch in boiling water. (These days you can easily get mixed seafood packs
• which is convenient.) 3. Pour 500ml water into a pot
• add 2 cloves minced garlic
• 1T seafood powder
• 1t white pepper
• 1t salt
• bring to a boil
• then add the prepared seafood and vegetables and simmer. 4. Add starch water (starch to water ratio is always 1:1)
• pour in 2 beaten eggs
• add 1t sesame oil
• close the lid
• let sit briefly
