I grabbed the lid of a cast iron pan — heated in a 200°C oven for 30 minutes — with my bare hand. That piece was used in The English Patient, whose narrator is a character with full-body burns, so I ended up experiencing the music in a very synesthetic way. Making breakfast every morning, things like this happen too. #ovenroastedpotato topped with two kinds of cheese and scallion Heat olive oil in a pan, add a pinch of salt, and sauté 1/2 an onion. Once translucent, turn off the heat and let it wait a moment~ Slice 2 potatoes with a mandoline and soak briefly in water. In a cast iron pan, spread the caramelized onion and arrange the sliced potato neatly on top. Dissolve 1/2 a vegetable stock cube in 1 cup of water and pour about half of it in. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, cover, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. (Oven strength varies by household, so bake until the mozzarella turns golden~)
