The 'Giant Dumpling' Egg Omelette

20201120, The topic of the #middleclass came up over lunch at work yesterday, which sent me back to look up France's criteria for it. Here's what I found: -Should speak at least one foreign language. -Should actively play a sport. -Should be able to play an instrument. -Should be able to cook a dish with a flavor that's distinctly your own. -Should take a firm stand against social injustice. -Should volunteer regularly to help the vulnerable. Comparing that to Korea's version of 'middle class,' I once again decided I really ought to move to France. Whisk two eggs, add a pinch of salt and pepper, pour into a pan over low heat, and tilt the pan to one side to shape it nicely — and before you know it, out comes an #eggomelette that looks just like a #giantdumpling, with 'a flavor and look distinctly its own,' which, conveniently, fits France's middle-class criteria perfectly. I'm not the least bit envious of the boring old #rugbyballshapedomelette anyone can make. T_T
