Ever since starting this account, I sometimes get gifted bowls or various ingredients from people who know my real identity. It's a genuinely nice feeling when something reminds people of me, and I in turn become associated with something in their mind. Doesn't that mean I have a distinct sense of taste?
Using eoran (salted mullet roe) instead of mentaiko, and water dropwort instead of chives — a reflection of that distinct taste, a slightly 🤏 fancier 450kcal #creamudon
1. Grate the eoran to prepare it. Blending it would be easier, but it wastes too much, so grate it by hand with some elbow grease.
2. Wash the water dropwort under running water and finely chop just the stems.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 serving udon noodles, 100ml milk, cheese, and 1t tuna extract, and microwave for 2 minutes.
4. Add 10g butter and microwave for 3 more minutes.
5. Plate it up and pile on the water dropwort and eoran from step 1. Finish with pepper~
