Truffle Pasta Truffle

If there's a flaw, it's that the aroma is artificial, 🤔(hmm) Salt the boiling water and cook the pasta. Melt a knob of butter in a pan, add 3 chopped button mushrooms with a pinch of salt, and once the mushrooms turn golden, add 3 [parts] truffle sauce (taste and salt as needed) and mix well. Add the pasta and 1/2 cup of pasta water, stir well, and once the pasta water reduces, turn off the heat and mantecare~ Plate it and top with parmesan cheese and parsley.
