In a bowl, combine the broccoli, 3 eggs (with salt and pepper), julienned carrot (1/3 of one), and shredded cheese (3 cups), and mix thoroughly. Grease a pound cake mold with olive oil, pour in the mixture, and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. (Cook it, bake it.)
