The world of pasta is deep and vast, and this short pasta's name is gnocchi. Adding tuna turned it into a Nice-style French cold pasta, or salad.
Boil gnocchi in salted water, drain, drizzle with olive oil so it doesn't dry out, cover, and pop it in the freezer for a bit.
(Instead of wild arugula,) chop up chicory and yeolmu (young radish) leaves and prep.
Mix 3 of olive oil, 1 of wine vinegar, 1 of lemon juice, and 1 of minced garlic to prep the dressing.
In a bowl, combine the gnocchi, chicory and yeolmu leaves, canned tuna, bocconcini (mozzarella), and olives, mix thoroughly, and plate.
