Beat two eggs, add milk and a little sugar and salt, and soak the bread thoroughly. In a lightly heated pan with a little butter, fry the soaked bread on both sides. Move it to a plate and top with a piece of the prettiest, most luscious burrata cheese in the world, and some jamón. A little maple syrup before eating - #frenchtoast with burrata cheese and jamón, which, ironically, isn't really a thing in France itself.

2 slices white bread, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1t sugar, 1t salt, 10g butter, a few slices of jamón, 1 burrata cheese, 2t maple syrup
Steps
1. Beat 2 eggs on a plate, add 1/2 cup milk, 1t sugar, and 1t salt, and mix well. Soak the bread thoroughly.
2. Melt butter in a pan and slowly fry the bread from step 1 on both sides.
3. Plate the French toast and top with burrata cheese, jamón, and a little maple syrup.
